Patrick Mahomes’ Kansas City Chiefs’ teammate slams President Joe Biden in graduation speech over sensitive issue

Everyone is interested in the upcoming Presidential Election in the United States and as ever, talking points continue to prove divisive between Joe Biden’s Democrats and Donald Trump’s Republicans, and none more so than the abortion question as Harrsion Butker, the Kansas City Chiefs’ kicker, slams Biden as “delusional”.

The topic of abortion splits so many groups into two camps: Pro-life or pro-choice. Pro-lifers claim that foetuses must be protected from several weeks of pregnancy or even earlier, generally calling for abortion to be banned. These people are often right-wing and typically religious.

Those on the pro-choice side claim that a woman’s right to have bodily autonomy is greater than the right for a developing foetus to have life, calling for women to be able to abort if they want to. These people are generally left-wing and are usually feminist and/or atheist.

Butker, who is a practicing Catholic, falls into the pro-life category and has slammed the current President for his stance on the issue as the 81-year-old continues to maintain a pro-choice position on the topic.

“Our own nation is led by a man who publicly and proudly proclaims his Catholic faith,” Butker told graduates of a Catholic liberal arts school. “But at the same time is delusional enough to make the sign of the cross during a pro-abortion rally.”
