Jason Kelce appears to mock Chiefs star Harrison Butker with comical comment about washing his feet
Jason Kelce appeared to mock Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker on Saturday, as he railed about the ‘diabolical lies’ told to society about hygiene.
On May 11, Butker delivered a highly-controversial commencement speech, in which he claimed that ‘diabolic lies’ had been told to women – whom he urged to embrace lives as homemakers.
And in discussing a far lighter topic – feet washing- Kelce used Butker’s words to prove his point.
All of you have been fed diabolical lies that washing every crevice of your bodies and hair, all the time is somehow better or healthier,’ Kelce wrote on X, as he argued whether one’s feet should be washed.
‘Any dermatologist not in bed with Big Soap will agree!! Hot spots are all that is necessary and actually leads to cleaner healthier skin.’
The legendary Eagles center made the claim after a fan wrote, ‘Jason Kelce looks like he doesn’t wash his legs or feet.’
To that, he replied, ‘What kind of weirdo washes their feet….’
Previously, while on his ‘New Heights’ podcast with his brother Travis, Jason actually defended Butker’s right to make the remarks – while noting that he did not agree with Butker’s views.
‘He talks about family,’ Kelce said New Heights. ‘I don’t think we have enough people talking about the foundation of family and the seriousness of parenthood.
‘If you’re going to embark on being a parent, I do think it needs to be the most important thing in your life. If your kids aren’t the most important thing in your and your wife’s life, you are failing in my opinion.
