Brittany Mahomes Shares Cute Photo of Son Bronze, 17 Months: ‘Just a Boy and His Golf Club’

Does Patrick and Brittany Mahomes’ son, Bronze, have a non-football sport in his future?

The adorable 17-month-old may have hinted at an affinity for golf in a photo shared to his mom’s Instagram Stories on Monday, May 6.

In the cute shot, Bronze is wearing a striped shirt and hunter green shorts as he sits on a couch, holding a toy golf club.

“Just a boy and his golf club,” Brittany, 28, captioned the photo, adding a sideways crying-laughing emoji.

She also tagged the Kansas City Chiefs star, who reposted the shot to his own Instagram Stories.

Brittany and Patrick, 28, announced the arrival of their son, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, on Instagram on Nov. 28, 2022. The baby boy joined big sister Sterling Skye, whom the couple previously welcomed on Feb. 20, 2021.

In October 2022, the Chiefs quarterback opened up about being a dad on an episode of Football in America, saying he plans to “stay out of the way” when it comes to his kids’ potential athletic interests.

“I think that’s the best thing for me,” Patrick explained. “I’m going to help teach my son, my daughter, all the fundamentals and whatever they want to learn. But at the same time, I want to let it be about them.”

He continued, “That’s what my dad did growing up; that’s what my parents did. They let it be about me, let me out there and have fun, they didn’t pressure me to do anything. I think that’s why I’m in the position I am today.”

While the couple are dedicated parents of two, they also enjoy time away from the kids — from quiet date nights to high-profile events.

On Saturday, May 4, Patrick and Brittany were spotted walking around and grabbing brunch at Casadonna in Miami for the F1 Grand Prix.

For the outing, the three-time Super Bowl champion wore a muted-blue hooded top and matching shorts as he held onto his wife’s side.

Brittany, meanwhile, sported a bright orange-and-white hooded top in the same style as her husband, but with a matching skirt. She accessorized with a white clutch.
