Man claims he sold his fourth-row Taylor Swift Eras Tour tickets for an eye-watering $14,000 – leaving the internet STUNNED
A Taylor Swift fan exchanged a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see the superstar perform live from fourth-row seats for the cost of his college tuition.
Isaac Jarman, who is based in the US, took to TikTok to thank whomever had given him enough cash to fund his higher education after they shelled out $14,000 on tickets for the pop star’s landmark Eras tour.
‘To whoever just bought my Taylor Swift tickets for FOURTEEN THOUSAND dollars, I love you. Thank you for literally paying for my college tuition.
‘I hope you enjoy the show so much. I wish I could be there but also 14k is pretty nice too idk,’ he wrote over an eight-second selfie vid.
In the clip, which has so far been viewed more than 4.1 million times, Isaac looked triumphant as he concluded: ‘Anyways enjoy that fourth row for me.’
In the caption, he quipped, ‘Taylor Swift scholarship for real.’
Viewers flooded the comments section to offer their fantasies of what would make the $14,000 purchase worth it to them.
‘For 14k she better be making a whole song about me,’ one wrote.
Another insisted, ‘For 14k I better be coming home with Taylor.’
Others went on to offer their congratulations to Isaac as they branded him an ‘entrepreneur.’
‘Honestly whoever bought them is clearly rich so I’m happy for you lmao college is expensive,’ one cheered.
Another echoed, ‘Honestly? Entrepreneur. Congrats on getting your tuition paid!!!’

Still others mocked the concept that astronomically high ticket prices would prevent the musician’s ‘real’ fans from seeing her perform live.
‘”[T]his is why actual fans can’t go” if they’re spending that much on tickets I have to assume they are also fans,’ one pointed out.
Agreed another commenter, ‘Y’all saying “great now REAL fans can’t go” as if y’all boutta pay $14k.’
Acquiring tickets for Taylor’s Eras tour has been quite the struggle for fans of the 33-year-old songstress.
It was back in November 2022 when the first batch of pre-sale tickets dropped on Ticketmaster – but, despite assurances from the platform that it could handle the anticipated traffic, the ‘historically unprecedented demand’ nonetheless crashed the site and caused hours-long delays for prospective buyers.
Since then, tickets for the Eras tour have remained notorious difficult to obtain.
Earlier this summer, a music critic took to social media to share the steps she took to successfully snag tix to see Taylor perform at MetLife Stadium in late May.
